Jeff & Gunner — Where It All Began
In 2018, Jeff Johnson — a Texas native working in finance — took his first breath underwater. Something shifted. The corporate world lost its grip. The ocean took hold.
He left his career. Started diving full time. And when his son Gunner got certified at 12 years old, the vision crystallized: build something that matters. Something that outlasts them both.
Generations Below was born — not as a brand, but as a promise. To explore what others won't. To hide treasure that rewards the brave. And to make sure the next generation of divers has every chance to fall in love with the deep the way they did.

42-year-old Texas native who traded spreadsheets for rebreathers. First dive in 2018. Now a cave diver, content creator, and the architect of The Hunt. Jeff doesn't just explore — he builds worlds around what he finds.
CO-FOUNDER
Gunner Johnson
Diver. Creator. 13 Years Old.
Certified at 12. DPV trained. Working toward Rescue Diver. Gunner isn't just along for the ride — he's the reason Generations Below exists. The living proof that the next generation is ready for the deep.
